This is the Chatzi Kaddish.  The Nusach exemplified in the mp3 you may listen to or download by clicking the arrow below,  is traditionally used in only two instances.  On Friday nights between Kabbalat Shabbat from Ma'ariv and on Shabbat and holiday mornings between the main Torah reading and the maftir.  Additional Kaddish melodies will be presented here in the near future,  Feel free to make requests for any kaddish or prayer by contacting me.
